About Me
Hi there! I’m so excited you have found me in this nice cozy corner of the internet. My name is Shannon Tamme. I am a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®) and the owner of Life Synchronized. I would love the opportunity to help you Sync your move, your home, and ultimately your life!
Shannon’s Story
I have been organizing professionally since 2009 and I have a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Wait, what do sociology and psychology have to do with organizing? These focus areas have proven highly beneficial as I help people sync their spaces to create beautifully organized areas in their homes and offices. I excel at tailoring your space to your specific needs, so you can easily maintain the rooms once I have synchronized them with your life.
I maintain membership with the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), the St. Louis chapter of NAPO. I am also a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®). This was achieved by working in the field, taking classes and passing a test to become certified. I maintain certification with The Board of Certification for Professional Organizers. I maintain this certification through continuing education classes, ensuring you receive the BEST experience possible! Not to toot my own horn, but I have also appeared on Great Day St. Louis, Hoarders: Buried Alive, taught various courses at St. Charles Community College and has been quoted in articles in Architectural Digest: AD it Yourself, Redfin Blog, St. Louis Design Magazine and St. Louis Post Dispatch.
I love working with a variety of clients, but my specialty is with those embarking on a big move. Whether you are moving to a bigger house to hold your growing family, or looking to downsize as you enter a different phase in your life, I can help you set your new space up for success.
In my free time I enjoy listening to music, singing, going to live concerts, taking chocolate breaks and I love Horror and Sci-Fi! I am a homebody who enjoys reading, watching movies but, love getting out and about hiking, camping, and traveling with my son, Calvin.
I’m so excited to meet you and help you on this next big step in your life!

How to Tackle a Big Organizing Project
TLC’s Hoarding: Buried Alive
(Episode aired March 4th, 2012)
I had the great privilege of being part of a team on TLC’s Hoarding: Buried Alive.
I appeared in the background of a few of the shots.
It was with a very awesome, deserving man named Brad.
My Mission
I will work together with you to sync your move, your space and your transition to new living in a friendly, upbeat, non-judgmental and fun way that will help you create peace and balance in your life.
As a member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals, I live and die (not really) by their Code of Ethics.
My Vision
To be a resource in the organizing field as a motivator and mindful trainer to my clients, the public, and other organizers. I want to create more time for everyone to do the things they love, lead in a more productive environment, and create healing of their inner and outer spaces.
I first heard about Shannon through a friend who gave rave reviews about her work. Since then, Shannon has helped me on a number of projects: downsizing and organizing a 3 level condo as an efficient space, my parent’s home when my father needed to move, my sister’s basement cleared and organized with new shelving. She’s also a great resource to suggest links and people for all types of home needs.
The best features of working with Shannon are her optimism and her diligence to follow through on the task at hand – until the project is complete. She also taught me new systems and habits to keep organized. My husband desperately needed help organizing his papers and home office, she saw him through the process with patience and humor. As a couple, we both benefited from her expertise in paring down our things.
The cost to hire Shannon is a great value for what you receive in return – an organized home, new skills and much less stress as a result. Shannon is outstanding, I love what she does and love working with her!”
